As the founder of PPF Counseling and with a decade of experience of working with the perinatal community, I have worked diligently in maintaining high quality mental health services to those who are struggling with their experience in reproduction. My therapeutic approach to helping support clients in understanding their journey is through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing. I have seen the importance of addressing not only the mental toll infertility, pregnancy and postpartum takes on an individual, but how positively impactful it is to also heal nervous system dysregulation with counseling.
