Therapy Approaches

Cognitive Behavioral

An interactive approach to therapy which addresses how your thoughts, behaviors, and actions work together or against you.

Mindfulness and Somatic Approaches

The process of learning how to create peace and the ability to be fully present in daily interactions.

Interpersonal

Interpersonal Therapy recognizes the impact relationships have on an individual's life and encourages an introspective framework for improving one's relations with themselves and others.

Attachment Awareness

Through exploring and understanding one's own attachment patterns, a person is able to be intentional about how they create attachment with their own partners and children.
